Experiences
Real world events and moments where culture is felt, not just bought.
We surface what's culturally rooted, and give it a system to grow inside.
Culture drives demand like nothing else, yet most of it is sold as something momentary. We build the platforms, brands, experiences and systems that give culture the structure to endure.
This is early.
That is the point.
We are building the standard before the category agrees it needs one.

Brands
We build culturally rooted brands. Each one independent, each one built around its own subculture and community.
Built for culture first, named when ready.
Culture here isn't something that happens to you. It's something we build together.
Most organisations treat culture as something handed down. Alphaverse is not that. It runs both ways: real presence, honesty, and ownership from you. A place worth being fully in, growth that's genuinely supported, and recognition that's earned.
The Code of Excellence
The Code of Excellence is the bar. It is the part of Alphaverse that keeps the rest honest, and it applies to everyone, without exception.
Why the bar is high
Alpha Drop Ventures is building infrastructure for cultural commerce, run by people who are genuinely great at what they do and care deeply about it. Not hours. Not pressure. Not looking busy. Just the quality of the work, and the ownership behind it. The bar doesn't move for comfort or tenure. It stays exactly where it is, because that's the only way the work means anything.
Build with us.
Don't perform for us.
We're building the founding team.
An onsite role in Kochi. Joining before most of what an organisation runs on even exists. The team is small, the stage is pre-revenue, and every role carries more autonomy and more ambiguity than a typical hire. It comes with access and upside that most only offer much later.
What joining early means
You live with it
What you build doesn't disappear into someone else's roadmap. You carry it, good or bad, for as long as you're here.
Think like it's yours
Not because someone told you to. Because at this stage, there's no one else whose job it is to care as much as you do.
No layers in between
You're in the room when decisions get made, not reading about them once they're already final. Nothing gets filtered before it reaches you.
Built to outlast you
The systems you set up now don't get quietly rewritten later. Whoever comes after inherits your version of how this works.

An onsite founding team role in Kochi. This isn't a listing to scroll past, it's for people who read this and already feel like they belong in the room. Every application reaches me directly, and I read every one myself.
Alpha Drop Ventures started as one person's bet, more than two years ago, before there was a product, a name, or anyone else in the room. It isn't that anymore. There's a small founding team here now, building daily, still pre-revenue, still no safety net under any of us. If you need proof this works before you commit to it, wait until we've proven it without you. If two years of building without that proof is what convinces you this is real, keep reading.
Alpha Drop Ventures is building the standard layer for cultural commerce. At the center is DROPZ, our core platform, a verified limited-edition platform built at the intersection of culture and commerce. Around it sit the brands we build and own, each one setting the bar for what credible culture-led product looks like, and the real-world experiences that make culture tangible. One ecosystem, one standard, many surfaces.
We're not building any of this for a fast exit. Ten years from now, this is the kind of thing you get to tell your kid you built. Not many jobs give you that sentence honestly. This one might.
Pre-revenue. A small founding team, not a solo project anymore, but still nowhere near settled. Most of what you'd expect at a company, a fixed way of running a week, a properly used Slack, doesn't exist yet. You'd be building it, not inheriting it.
This is an onsite role, based in Kochi. Not hybrid. Not remote with occasional travel. In the room, most days. It's a bet that culture gets built in person, by people who show up, and Kochi is where we're placing it on purpose.
There's a difference, and it's not a phrase we're using for effect. A hire fills a gap in something already built. A founding team builds the thing the gaps will eventually exist inside of. What this becomes, in a year, in five, gets decided by who's in this room in the next few hires. That's not pressure we're putting on you. It's just true.
Real ownership, not a title bump. If you're on the founding team, you hold an actual stake in what this becomes, sized to match the risk you're taking, not a symbolic sliver that means nothing until an exit nobody's promised.
You get a kind of proximity most people never get this early. Every real decision happens in rooms you're actually in, not filtered down through five layers by the time it reaches you. What you learn here in eighteen months, doing five jobs' worth of judgment calls instead of one, takes most people five years somewhere bigger.
And your name stays on it. The systems you build, the standards you set, the way this feels before anyone else has opinions about it, that's authorship, not employment. When this gets written about later, you were there before it was obvious this would work.

Don't see a clean label for what you do? Apply anyway. Tell us where you'd actually add value.
Skill is teachable. What isn't: wanting to build something bigger than the job description, believing in something before there's proof it deserves belief, and treating the outcome like it's yours to lose, not the company's.
Call it delusional if you want. Every real company starts as a small, stubborn delusion held by people who never checked if it was reasonable. We're looking for that same specific unreasonableness, not about yourself, about what we're building. And ownership here isn't a value on a wall. When something breaks at midnight, you fix it because it's yours, not because it got assigned to you.
At this stage, staying alive is a function of output, not intention. Momentum stalls the day the output stops, and it doesn't restart on a good excuse. Consistency isn't a nice trait we're hoping for, it's the actual mechanism keeping this going. Show up, every day, with something to show for it. That's the whole job, underneath whatever your title says.
This is a hustle. Most pages like this won't say that plainly. We just did.
If you need the shape of your role defined before you say yes, this will feel unstable, because it is. If remote or hybrid flexibility matters to you, this already conflicts with how we think culture gets built, so save yourself the conversation. If you're drawn to the idea of an early-stage company more than its daily texture, meetings that go nowhere twice before they go somewhere, plans that shift because the market moved and not because anyone planned badly, far more invisible work than visible wins, this will wear you down faster than it inspires you.
This is for someone who's already been the person fixing what nobody assigned them, at a job, on a team, in a room where it needed doing and nobody else moved. Someone who can hold belief in something unproven longer than is reasonable, not out of naivety, but out of a deliberate refusal to wait for permission. Someone who reads "two years in, pre-revenue, onsite, still taking shape" and feels pulled toward it, not away from it.
If everything above sounds like a downgrade, it probably is, for you. If it sounds like the first honest job description you've read, this is where you start.
